Zucchini Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
