Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. crystallized mixed fruit, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. flour (all-purpose), sifted
2/3 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter or oleo and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add nuts and fruit.
Sift remaining ingredients and flour together and add to first mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoons 1-inch apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
