Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. noodles
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
    Brown ground beef and drain off grease.
    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Add beef and cook for a few minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in flour, tomato sauce, bouillon and a dash of salt and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes; remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add noodles; pour into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
