Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. skinned, seeded and sliced zucchini
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt and nutmeg
Preparation
    Place zucchini in a small amount of boiling water, simmer until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Add remaining ingredients. Place in an unbaked pie shell.
