Zucchini Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini squash (about 4 or 5 small ones)
1 c. prepared biscuit mix
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. salad dressing
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
Serve warm, also good cold.
