Hot Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and chopped
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1 small can pimientos, sliced
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Remove crusts from sandwich bread. Make sandwiches, wrap in foil and freeze.
    Before heating, dip into 3 beaten eggs, then into crushed potato chips.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
