Kentucky Lake Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Stir in milk, mixing well.
Dust the pecans with 1/2 cup of the flour.
Sift remaining flour and other dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture. Add nuts and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until the bread begins to leave the side of the pan.
