Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. boiling water
6 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Add shortening, salt and sugar to 1 cup boiling water.
Add beaten eggs to yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover and let double in size.
Knead down and form into balls.
Dip each ball in melted margarine.
Place in a Bundt pan or in two loaf pans.
Let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
