Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce, washed, drained and broken into pieces
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 bunch fresh green onions, cleaned and chopped
1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur sweet peas, drained
1 large red onion (for garnishing)
1 large jar mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
Preparation

Take the ingredients and place in a large bowl in layers.
Use as much or less dressing as you please.
You need enough to coat lettuce and eggs good.
Slice red onion and put on the top. Refrigerate.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
You can make it ahead of time.
Cover with Saran Wrap.
Don't add dressing until ready to serve.
