Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 beaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Remove from heat
and
add
sugar, onion salt, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and
yeast
mixture.
Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition.
Let
rise
until double
(1 hour approximately).
Stir down and put into
2
bread pans.
Let rise again until light, 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for
30 minutes.
Brush with butter after it's out of the pans.
