Easy Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 C. granulated sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
1 1/4 C. vegetable oil
2 C. thawed, frozen strawberries with juice
1 1/4 C. chopped pecans

Preparation

In large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
Add the eggs, vegetable oil, strawberries, and pecans to the dry ingredients.
