Cinnamon Microwave English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    corn meal
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour, raisins, dry yeast, sugar, salt, cinnamon and soda.
    Combine milk and water; heat to very warm. Gradually add to dry ingredients; beat well.
    Stir in rest of flour to make stiff batter.
    Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans, Pyrex that have been sprinkled with corn meal.
    Sprinkle more corn meal on top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place for 45 minutes. Microwave one loaf at a time on High power for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
    Allow to rest 5 minutes; remove from pan.
    Slice and toast.
    Do not eat until toasted.
