Banana Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large bananas
4 1/2 oz. whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas (gently wash)
Preparation

Carefully slit top of each banana lengthwise.
Cut away banana top leaving 1-inch uncut at each end and 1/2-inch on each side (use scissors).
Empty whipped topping into bowl.
Scoop out each banana in small pieces with teaspoon into bowl.
Save banana peel shell.
Fold banana pieces into topping, then fill each shell with 1/4 of the mixture.
