Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, with skins
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Put dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, soda and salt) in a bowl and mix well.
    Add eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, grated zucchini, crushed pineapple and chopped nuts.
    Mix well by hand. Grease and flour 3 small tins.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Freezes well.
