Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into rectangles, approximately 2 x 1-inch. Refrigerate any remaining appetizers.
    Yields 4 dozen.
