Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/4 c. flour
2 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. shortening
4 c. bananas, mashed
8 eggs
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients, using pastry blender.
Blend mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in water, bananas and eggs just until blended.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or 1 hour.
Servings: 20 (3 loaves).
