Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. water
    nuts, if desired
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Makes 2 large loaves or 3 smaller loaves.
    Delicious by itself but doubly delicious if frosted with Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Frost when cool.
