Spicy Burgers(Serves Four) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    3 Tbsp. Mexican hot sauce
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 clove elephant garlic or 3 cloves regular
    1 medium shallot or small onion
    1 red or green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Mince garlic and shallot.
    Mix ground hamburger, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Mexican sauce, minced garlic and minced shallot in large mixing bowl.
    Preheat skillet to 350\u00b0.
    Form mixture into 4 patties.
    Fry 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until done.
    Add large slice onion and pepper when burgers are half cooked.
    Drain well on paper towels before serving with ketchup or hot sauce (or a mixture of ketchup and hot sauce).
    Can be eaten with rolls or without.
    If served by self, garnish serving plate with fresh vegetable.
