Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled, grated and drained
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. dates, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased loaf pans (2) at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Ice with cream cheese icing.
