Apricot Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 1/2 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
    4 (3/4-inch) pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. dark raisins
    1/8 c. green onion
Preparation
    Cook chops in butter in electric skillet (350\u00b0).
    Remove from skillet and keep warm.
    Mix cornstarch and sugar; add to skillet along with peels, seasonings and juice.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils (1/2 minute).
    Add raisins.
    Reduce heat to 225\u00b0.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Place chops in skillet and heat.
    Add apricots and onion just before serving and heat.
    Spoon sauce over chops and serve with apricots on chops.
