Grandma'S "Gravy" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Quickly mix in the cup of water. Press the dough into a 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 25 minutes.
    Let cool to touch.
    Cut into wedges.
    It's the perfect bread for \"sopping up\" meat juices and gravies.
