Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini squash, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Place zucchini cubes and butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover and cook 5 minutes on High in microwave.
    Stir in cheese, seasonings and eggs.
    Top with crumbled French fried onions.
    Cook at Medium/defrost for 5 minutes, give 1/2 turn and cook 5 more minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
