Cinnamon Apple Oat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg and 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. Post oat flakes
    1 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix
    flour,
    baking powder, cinnamon and salt.\tCombine egg, egg
    whites, milk, sugar and oil.
    Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.
    Stir in cereal, apples and nuts.\tPour into well-greased

    x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or\tuntil
    tester
    comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove
    from pan
    and
    cool
    completely.
    Makes 18 (1/2 inch) slices.
