Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 large onion (red), sliced into rings
    1/2 c. radishes, sliced
    1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
    12 green olives
    1 Tbsp. capers
    6 anchovies, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients; chill 1 hour.
    Combine remaining ingredients and beat well.
    When ready to serve, toss with salad. Serves 6.
