Orange Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box orange Jell-O
2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. grated mild cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. container Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar.
Bring to boil, add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add water and chill until slightly firm.
Fold in cheese, nuts and whipped topping.
Refrigerate in a tight container.
This makes a large salad.
