Italian Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil to coat bottom of pan
    1 (6 oz.) can seasoned tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) can all natural tomato paste
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian whole tomatoes with basil leaf
    dash of salt
    dash of sugar
    Italian seasoning
    water
Preparation
    Lightly saute chopped garlic in hot oil.
    Add can of Italian whole tomatoes.
    Add tomato paste and stir in 2 (6 ounce) cans of water.
    Add dash of salt and sugar.
    Spread Italian seasoning in top.
    Simmer 2 hours.
