Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients in order as listed.
    Pour in loaf pans (makes 2).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
