Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
3 beaten eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. chopped dates
2 plastic cartons candied cherries
2 cartons candied pineapple
2 or 3 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream brown sugar and butter.
Add beaten eggs.
Sift 2 cups flour, salt, cinnamon and soda together and add to first mixture. Mix 1/2 cup flour with chopped dates, candied cherries, candied pineapple and nuts.
Mix well.
Add more flour, if needed, for stiff dough.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
