Creamy Horseradish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. horseradish sauce
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunked ham, drained *
1/4 c. chopped green onions

Preparation

*You may substitute 4 crispy bacon slices (crumbled) for the ham.
