Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. diced mango
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. grated coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon into a small mixing bowl and set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil and sugar. Combine with dry ingredients and blend well.
    Fold mangos, raisins, nuts and coconut.
    Pour into loaf pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
