Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
3/4 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. uncooked oats
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine caramels and milk in medium saucepan.
Heat until caramels are melted.
Combine Bisquick, oats, sugar and butter. Blend well.
Press half the oat mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
