Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 to 5 c. coarsely cut cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. processed cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Salt and cook the cabbage with very little water until tender. Drain.
    Grease a baking dish.
    Alternate a layer of cabbage, a layer of combined cheeses and then white sauce.
    End with cheese and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
