Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

1 box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. safflower oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a huge bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and milk.
Mix with a large spoon.
Grease muffin tins.
Bake 20 minutes in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
This batter will keep up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
Therefore, bake 6 to 12 at a time each day.
