Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (and enough extra to make a stiff dough)
    1 c. light packed brown sugar
    1 c. low-fat margarine, softened (may substitute 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese or 1/2 c. margarine and 1/2 c. butter-flavor Crisco)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs or 4 oz. egg substitute
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Into large bowl measure all ingredients except chips.
    Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed, scraping side occasionally.
    Add chips; stir well. Form 1-inch balls of cookie dough; place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
