Shredded Beef Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef chuck roast
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Trim fat from roast.
Place in a 4-quart slow cooker (crock-pot).
Combine other ingredients and place over meat. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
Remove meat and shred with fork.
Discard fat and any bones.
Strain meat juices.
Skim off fat.
Can return juices and meat back into slow cooker until ready to serve.
Spoon meat into semi-hard rolls.
Use any remaining juice for dipping.
