Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    1/2 lb. loose Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    oregano, basil, garlic powder and pepper to taste
    1 egg white
    sesame or poppy seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Thaw dough and stretch out about 12-inches.
    Be careful not to put holes in dough.
    Spread with sausage.
    Top with remaining ingredients except egg white and seed.
    Roll dough up tightly like a jelly roll.
    Tuck ends under and place on cookie sheet with open end down.
    Brush with egg white and work egg white into ends to seal. Sprinkle with seed.
    Bake 25 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
