Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized potatoes
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 c. or more Cheddar cheese to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Peel, then shred into large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, onion, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with 1/2 cup cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
