Sugar And Spice Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pecan halves
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 c sugar
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp water
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Stir in sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add pecans and stir well, until pecans are completely coated. Spread nuts on large baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Remove form oven when dry and toasty. Cool. Store in airtight container.
