Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Heat sugar, vinegar and water until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over sauerkraut mixture and chill. Eat with vegetables or hot dogs.
