Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta
Preparation

Melt butter; add sugar and eggs.
Mix until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in Ricotta.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
