Paella Valenciana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    5 cloves garlic
    3 chicken breasts (no bones)
    2 lb. pork ribs
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp (seasoned with lemon)
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 c. dry wine
    4 c. broth
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute garlic and
    onion in olive oil.
    Add rice and fry a few minutes.
    Add tomatoes, chicken, ribs, shrimp, broth and wine and let
    cook
    for 30 minutes or until rice opens.
    Decorate with peas
    and
    pimentos.
    Cook in shallow frying pan in the oven at 375\u00b0.
