Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe tomatoes
    1 large green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. chopped herbs (chives, parsley, basil, chervil and tarragon)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. cold water
    1 sweet Spanish onion, diced
    1 c. seeded and diced cucumber
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Peel and seed tomatoes. Cube and chop or dice tomatoes, pepper and garlic.
    In a large bowl, combine all chopped tomatoes, pepper, garlic, salt and herbs.
    Gradually stir in olive oil, lemon juice and cold water.
    Add all remaining ingredients. Chill for 4 hours. Cold and crunchy.
