Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
3 c. chopped zucchini
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix oil and eggs.
Add zucchini and sugar.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients and nuts.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes or loaf pan for 45 minutes; grease and flour pans before pouring in batter.
Let cake cool completely before taking out of pan.
