Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
powdered sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend together sugar, oil, cocoa, eggs and vanilla until mixed well.
Stir flour, baking powder and salt into cocoa mixture. Cover and refrigerate until dough is firm enough to handle (at least 6 hours).
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes until tops are crackled.
Remove to cooling rack to cool completely.
