Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 lb. solid pack pumpkin
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 ??? cinnamon
1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation

Beat together in large bowl eggs, pumpkin, oil and water. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and seasonings. Fold into pumpkin mixture adding raisins and nuts.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Fill each half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
Cook 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Wrap in foil.
Let stand for 2 or 3 days before serving.
May be frozen.
