Prune-Nut Bread(Yields 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. prune juice
    1/2 c. prunes, coarsely chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine prune juice and water in a small saucepan; bring to boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in prunes and butter.
    Cool mixture to lukewarm.
    Stir in egg and vanilla.
    Combine flour and remaining ingredients in large bowl; add prune mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
