Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour plus 4 Tbsp.
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and vanilla plus vegetable oil.
Sift dry ingredients.
Mix well to first mixture.
Roll into small balls and place on ungreased sheets.
Press down with a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake until golden brown.
Bake approximately 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
