Ingredients

40 saltines
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Place layer of crackers on an 11 x 16 x 1-inch foil-lined pan. Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes; pour over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until crackers float.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over saltines.
When melted, spread.
Top with nuts.
Cut in cracker-size bars.
Makes 48 bars.
