Pepper And Onion Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. green and yellow wax peppers, seeded and sliced
1 large white onion, sliced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
52 oz. catsup
2 c. cider vinegar
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. yellow mustard
Preparation
-
Gently boil ingredients in large pan until vegetables are soft and cooked, stirring often.
Can in pint jars.
