Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams with juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter until soft.
    Add all but crumbs and cheese.
    Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
    Place in ovenproof dish and mix bread crumbs into mixture.
    Slice cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
